Print and Image Prices

Basic Policies regarding Prints and Digital Images

1	Images copied from my website are free for non-profit use. Downloaded images are unlikely to print well, however, as they are low-resolution - meaning they are designed to be viewed on a screen.
2	To make it worth my time, my minimum order is $10.00. If you order less than $10.00 in prints/images, it is still $10.00. This price does not include shipping - for details see "Shipping Fees" below.
3	I send images to my printing company about once a month. If you need anything sooner, there is a 50% increase in the price of the order plus any shipping fees I incur in getting the product delivered to me to meet your deadline.
4	All images that appear in on my website are named: YR-SET-IMAGE (e.g., 11-AB-017).
5	All images that appear in on my website are archived and may be ordered in the future. No extra fee if you know the image name, otherwise, see "Image Searching" below.
6	Orders may be paid for in cash (in person only), check or postal money order. I do not accept credit cards. I do not cash checks or MO's until I mail/deliver your order. Should a check bounce, it may be made good via cash or money order, but the new cost will include whatever fees my credit union may charge me.

Prices for Digital Images

CD with photo-quality images

$15.00 per requested image

Included for each image are 4x6, 5x7 and 8x10 300-dpi JPEG files suitable for printing. Also included is a release to you for unlimited non-profit printing of the image.

Image Searching

Best "N" Pictures	$10.00 plus N times $1.00	I can go through my collection of images and select what I think are the best "N" pictures of someone out of all those that I have.
Missing "N" image names	$5.00 plus N times $1.00	If you can describe a picture and know approximately what year I shot it, I will try to find the image names.
These fees are added to the regular price of any order and do not count toward the $10.00 minimum nor the over $30.00 free-shipping minimum.

Prices for Custom Shooting

If you want me to photograph a particular event in the area or a specific person at that event, I will be happy to do so. The cost will be $40 per event, payable in advance, plus the usual cost of prints or digital images. (This is to offset my loss of income caused by my shooting your event rather than an event requested by a newspaper.)
